| 4. | For New Registration:
|
| (i) | Click the "Step:1: Click here to fill the online application" link at the website given above.

| (ii) | Candidates possessing NCVT certificate (National Council for Vocational Training ) or SCVT certificate (State Council for Vocational Training) in relevant trades notified in notification and given below can apply for Existing-ITI vacancies by selecting the Existing-ITI button.

| Candidates who possess NCVT/SCVT certificate other than the trades notified above will be considered for Freshers category eventhough they apply for Existing-ITI vacancies.

| Vacancies notified for PASAA (Programming and System Administration Assistant) :
|
| Candidates applying for the above post (PASAA) should possess National Trade Certificate in the trade of Computer Operator and Programming Assistant issued by the NCVT.
|
| (iii) | Candidates not possessing NCVT/SCVT certificate can apply for vacancies notified under Freshers link by selecting the Freshers button.
|
| 5. | Minimum Educational Qualification and Age Limit:
|
| Candidates are advised to go through the Notification in this regard.

| 6. | Mode of communication:
|
| Candidates should submit a valid email-ID and SMS receiving mobile number, which should be kept active at all times and not to be changed till the declaration of results.
|
| All communication from ICF Administration to candidates will be through SMS/email only and ICF administration will not be held responsible for non-receipt of communication due to change in mobile number or email id of candidates.
|
| The SMS to candidates will be sent only from SMS server of ICF titled "PBICF" :
|
| SMS will be sent only to the registered mobile Number given by the candidate in the online application and hence candidates have to ensure that the mobile number is submitted correctly.

| 7. | Mode of Engagement:
|
| The eligible candidates will be called for document verification on the basis of percentage of marks obtained in Standard-X/Matriculation. Full details of minimum educational qualification and training period in this regard is given in Notification.

| 8. | Higher Qualification :
|
| Candidates with higher qualification of Engineering / Degree / Diploma are not eligible to apply.
