1. Refunds payable to allottees, if applicable, will be at the discretion of the Management and will be made to the Debit/Credit Card Account used by the allottee during the original transaction.
2. For the avoidance of doubt nothing in this Policy shall require the Integral Coach Factory to refund the Fees (or part thereof) unless such Fees (or part thereof) have previously been paid.
3. After the conduct of the function, the refunds after adjusting necessary charges like Electricity, recovery of the cost of damages to assets from the security deposit will be sent through NEFT to the bank account furnished by the allottee at the time of booking.
4. If more than one applicant submits his/her application for allotment of Mandapam, a lot will be drawn only for ICF/Railway employees (serving & retired) after submission of application fee of Rs. 5000/- by each applicant. The application fee submitted in the forms of DD/Online payment will be returned if Mandapam is not allotted. However, the application fee of the allottee will be adjusted against the total amount to be paid by the allottee. Also, the application fee will not be returned to the allottee if he cancels his/her allotment.
