Q1. What is the url of the web site where i can apply?

A. The url of the web site to apply is https://pb.icf.gov.in

Q2. What is the last date to apply online?

A. The last date to apply online is upto 09/12/2023 till 23.59 hrs.

Q3. What should be done if online registration of application process is slow?

A.Depending on the internet speed at your end the online application submitting process may be slow during peak hours. Try to submit the online application during non-peak hours and also submit the application early. Submission of application during last day may lead to traffic issues in network.

Q4. After submitting my online application, is there any possibility to change the basic details, which were not filled in?

A. Once the online application is submitted, there is no provision to change the basic details entered by the candidate. Hence, you are advised to check the input values before submitting the online application.

Q5. Will I get any confirmation that the online application is registered successfully?

A. Initially an OTP will be displayed in the screen after the candidate fills up all the relevant fields of the application. After submitting the OTP in the concerned box, a button indicating “Click here to save your application” will be displayed below and once you click on the button, your details will be saved and a message will be received to the given mobile number duly stating your application number and you will be directed to payment gateway.

Q6. How to make payment?

A. Once you successfully submit the application, you will be automatically redirected to the Payment Gateway in which you should enter the application number and the fee amount will be displayed in the screen and proceed with the payment with multiple mode of transaction.

Q7. What should I do if I have not received any SMS after filling all relevant fields in the online application and then submitted the OTP displayed on screen?

A. SMS service depends on the different mobile service provider's SMS policies and candidates have to try again. Please contact Helpdesk No.044-26147748, if candidates are not able to receive SMS or unable to proceed with your registration.

Q8. What are the reasons for invalid Applications/Rejections?

  1. Applications with photos without clear front view of the candidate with cap and sunglasses.
  2. Scanned signature should be, either in English or Hindi, and in running hand and not in BLOCK/CAPITAL or disjoined letter.
  3. Not possessing the prescribed Academic and Sports Qualification.
  4. Applications without uploading 10th / Matriculation/Secondary Examination Certificate or Equivalent Certificate/Marksheet or/School Leaving Certificate indicating Date of Birth as documentary proof of age.
  5. Submitting fake / forged documents or any information furnished being found false or incorrect, his/her candidature/application is liable to be cancelled/terminated without any notice at any stage i.e. Trial / Interview / Empanelment / After Appointment.
  6. Incomplete/illegible applications and applications uploaded without requisite documents/LTI/RTI will be summarily rejected and no correspondence will be entertained in this regard.
