| STEP:1 |

| 1. | Facility for submission of online application will be available from 10/11/2023 to 09/12/2023 till 23:59 hrs on ICF website and click "Recruitment Against Sports Quota" button.

| 2. | Application will be accepted only through online mode.
|
| 3. | Candidates should read the notification thoroughly and fill in the online application form correctly & submit. Before filling the application form, candidates should keep ready all the relevant documents/certificates and image of recent passport size photograph (not more than 200 KB) in jpg format to fill the required data and to upload the photograph.

| 4. | The applicant has to sign and put LTI/RTI on white paper with Black Ink within a box of size 50 mm x 20 mm. The images should be in JPG format scanned with 100 dpi resolution, size of file should be between 10 – 40 KB
|
| 5. | System generated registration number is the candidate’s individual Registration ID. The password to generate application is the date of birth.
For login purpose, candidates should use the online registration number generated with password as date of birth in “ddmmyyyy” format.

| 6. | Before clicking the submit button, the candidate is advised to check whether the details fed in are correct.
|
| 7. | Candidates are NOT required to send/submit any documents including system generated application form to ICF through Post/e-mail/FAX/By hand.

| 8. | After final submission, candidates can generate the application form from the system. The candidates are advised to take a printout of the application generated by the system which is required to be submitted at the time of Document Verification.

| All candidates may take a print of the Application form generated, for record,future reference and submission during document verification.
